What You Need to Know about Overdrafts and Overdraft Fees - Regulation E
A new government regulation goes into affect on August 15, 2010 that will cause your Debit Card purchases and ATM withdrawals to be declined if you don't have enough money in your checking account to cover them. We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transactions. If we do not authorize and pay an overdraft, your transaction will be declined.

Don't currently have a Banterra Bank Visa® Debit Card?
Complete and submit a Visa® Debit Card application online. You must have access to Online Banking. After you have successfully logged in to Online Banking go to Secure Forms and select the Visa® Debit Card application. You may also visit any Banterra Bank location for information on obtaining a Visa® Debit Card.
Your card will arrive in approximately one week of ordering. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will arrive in a separate mailing within three days of receipt of your card. If you believe your Visa® Debit Card has been lost or stolen, notify us
immediately. To keep possible losses down, telephone us as soon as possible. You may contact us toll-free at the following:
