Simply click on the New User? link located on the home page below the Login box.
What if my password doesn't work?
Call Client Support toll-free at 877-541-2265, option 6 or Click on " Contact Us" link in the upper right hand corner of the Banterra Bank home page and send us an email with the following information: Your name, mother's maiden name, and the exact amount of your last deposit. We will email you when we have reset your password. You can also click on the "Forgot Password" link just below the Account Access to reset your password.
How can I add or delete an account or setup transfers from one account to another?
Once logged into your Online Banking, click on Secure Forms and fill out the Add/Delete Account form or the Add a Transfer form.
Can someone try to gain access to my Online Account by trying to guess my password?
For suggestions and methods on making good passwords, see Password Security. Access to your Banterra Online Banking will be locked out after 3 unsuccessful attempts to access your online accounts. Once you are locked out of your account, you will then need to contact Client Support toll-free at 877-541-2265, option 6 or Contact Us.
Is Online Banking Secure?
We use several layers of technology to prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to the online banking network. Our security professionals manage a sophisticated networking architecture consisting of data encryption throughout the transmission to prevent unauthorized access or interception as well as screening routers, filtering routers, and firewalls. When are transactions posted to my account?
Transactions made online before 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are posted to that day's activity. All transactions after 5:00 p.m. will be posted on the next business day.
What are the browser requirements for Online Banking?
Users must use Microsoft® Internet Explorer 7.0 or 8.0, Firefox 3.6, or Safari 4.0*.
*Safari 4.0 is supported on Mac operating systems only for Online Banking.
Online Statements provide all of the information available on paper statements. Once you sign up for Online Statements you will receive an Online Statement for each of your checking accounts available through your Online Banking access and will no longer receive paper statements. An email message will inform you each month when your statement is available.
