Can I submit a paper application or resume?
No, at this time all applicants should apply through our online recruitment site which can be accessed by clicking the "Search Careers" image under Careers.

What if I don't have access to a computer?
Please visit your local library or other community facility with computers available for public use.

What if I am unable to complete an application online due to a disability?
We use online application system so if you have a disability that impedes your use of our system please email careers@banterra.com or call (618) 273-9346. This additional assistance is only for individuals with disabilities. Resumes will not be accepted at this email address.

What happens to my Employment Application after I submit it?

Your application will be reviewed to determine if you meet the requirements for an open position. Qualified applicants' information will be forwarded to the appropriate hiring manager. Selected candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview. Questions regarding your application, should be emailed to careers@banterra.com. Resumes will not be accepted at this email address.

How long do positions remain posted?
Most positions will remain posted until filled.

How long will my application be kept on file?
Applications will remain in an "Active" status until the position applied for is filled or for 6 months if no position is specified. You may have more than one "Active" application at a time.
